5. How do we use your personal information?

Orders: We use the order Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

To send you informational and promotional content in accordance with your marketing preferences: Send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about promotions and new product releases. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email.

Payments: When you are using our secure online check out page, your order is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Most of our commerce payments are hosted by Wix, an online e-commerce transaction platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall where it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All other direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.
