Maps of Africa!

I love maps (maybe it's something to do with my surname!) and I've just acquired two old French school maps of Africa dating from the 1950s. They were made by a company called Imprimeries Michard, who specialised in map publishing from the 1930s until the 1970s. I wonder where the maps I have just bought have been? Who has been starring at them during class?
